FEEL GOOD INSIDE AND OUT: GREEN JUICE RECIPE

A green juice that actually taste good? Yes please!

 

 

I love making this juice whenever I need to detox or want to start my day with something light. It’s also such an easy way to get my veggies and fruit in for the day especially when I am on the go.

This green juice is packed with benefits that work to give you an inner glow from within -  it works as an antioxidant, hydrates you from within, helps with inflammation, and is a great source of Vitamin C. Check out the recipe is below:

1 Granny Smith Apple - Sliced
1 Cucumber - Sliced
1 Celery Bunch - Chopped
1 Bunch of Kale - Chopped
Squeezed Lemon

 

Add all into a Blender with 2oz of water and blend with juicer or blender. If you are using a blender use a Nut Milk Bag or Cheesecloth to strain. Add to fridge and drink within the next 1-3 days. After 3 days you may risk the juice going sour.
